On arrival at Villa Tamanulu enter through a large traditional Balinese gate surrounded by oversized tropical tree ferns.
Stepping stones lead you through the gardens and direct access to the standalone foyer with bridge access over a fountain pond to the living room . The position of the property allows refreshing cool breezes to flow through the villa.
Villa Tamanulu features antique Tibetan, Burmese, & Chinese furniture and artifacts throughout the house. The villa boasts a spacious open-air living and dining area with a large sofa, coffee table, dining table and selected interior items carefully chosen by the owners, a fully equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, cooker, microwave and oven along with four well designed bedrooms and semi open-air bathrooms.
A 22 meter overflow lap pool complimented by water features and day loungers face the breathtaking views of Mount Batu Karu, coconut trees and cascading rice fields. The villa also features landscaped tropical gardens and fish ponds which accompany spectacular water features and relaxation areas. The gazebo area positioned above the swimming pool is the perfect place for dining and allows its guests to simply unwind on large comfortable sofas.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned and accessed by stepping stones featuring a king sized bed with views of rice terraces and the swimming pool. The bedroom has its own entry foyer and an alcove with day bed. The en-suite bathroom features a large garden, sunken terrazzo bathtub, double vanity and separate standing shower with a private dressing room.
The second bedroom is air-conditioned and accessed by stepping stones with a queen sized bed, sitting area and an alcove with day bed. The en-suite bathroom features a garden, sunken terrazzo bathtub and separate standing shower.
The spacious third bedroom is fan-cooled with a king sized bed, sofa area equipped with a television, DVD, satellite channels positioned on the 2nd level boasting magnificent 270 degree views of both Mt Batukaru & Mt Agung. There is a cozy breakfast balcony overlooking rice fields. The en-suite bathroom is at the base of the staircase and has a small garden and standing shower.
The fourth bedroom is air-conditioned and can also be used as a study/office. Stepping stones over a fountain pond lead to the entry. Equipped with 2 single beds which can be easily converted into a king bed if required, and a desk with office chair. There is a cozy terrace for two with comfortable cushioned seating and a stunning fern grotto. The bathroom is nearby and has a small vanity unit with toilet and spacious screened outdoor standing shower surrounded by lush planting and with a view out to the valley.
The resident staff are warm and courteous always happy to assist where possible during your stay. The villa staff handle all housekeeping, cooking and laundry. The villa comfortably accommodates maximum 8 people. Additional facilities include: Telephone (staff mobile phone), television with satellite channels, DVD/CD player and DVD Library, safe deposit box and massage bed.
Villa Tamanulu offers its guests a chance to experience the real Bali and its charming rural surroundings.

- Villa rates are quoted in US dollars subject to 10% government tax and 5% service charge.
- Villa rates are categorized in high, low and peak seasons
- Minimum stay: 3 nights (low), 5 nights (high) and 7 nights (peak)
- A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due on receiving confirmation of your booking
- Final payment is required 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if booking is made less than 45 days in order to secure your reservation
